The flights are operated twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The route will be operated until 1 September 2012.

"Estonia is a country yet to be discovered by most of Italians who mainly know its capital, Tallinn. Estonia is a positevely surprising mix of modern European lifestyle in the cities and still, peaceful and relaxing nature. Tallinn, the capital to which we now have 2 weekly flights from Venice, has a charming UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, vibrant nightlife and top quality restaurants serving both contemporary and traditional Estonian cuisine. And just 1 hour outside of Tallinn the green tourist can experience untouched nature, island life totally different from any Italian islands and take a break in from their routine in total silence." said Tiina Karsna, the Market Manager for Italy of Enterprise Estonia.

"Last year was a record year for the Italian tourism to our country and we do hope that, even thanks to this new seasonal connection, we can keep the positive trend“ added Karsna.

“I do hope an active traffic from Venice as well as other cities in Italy and Croatia which reside by the Adriatic Sea. Estonia and Tallinn offers an excellent weekend getaway trip full of excitement, culture as well as peace and quiet,” said Rauno Parras, the CCO of Estonian Air.
